Housing & Check-In

The CASE Institute is held on the UK campus in Lexington, Kentucky. All participants, regardless of home proximity, are encouraged to stay in campus lodging provided. This is important to maintain the professional learning communities created during the course of the Institute through group homework projects and other collaborative brainstorming.

Upon arrival, all guests should proceed to the check-in area designated by the group leader to complete a registration card and pick up any necessary information. Guests will then move to their assigned residence hall to pick up keys and move in.

Woodland Glen IV 2-Bedroom Suite modelWoodland Glen IV has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms available throughout the facility. The spacious, suite-style bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room. A pillow and linens will be provided for the full XL bed.

Guest check-in time typically begins at 1 p.m. on the date of arrival, and check-out time is 12 p.m. on the date of departure. Arrangements for early check-in or later check-out may be made in advance through our office; however, this is subject to space availability.

Groups and guests who check out late and have not obtained prior approval will be assessed charges for an additional night, per person, at the contracted rate.

Access to UK’s workout facility can be purchased for $20. The Johnson Center offers cardio machines, free weights, rock climbing, basketball courts, tennis courts, a pool and exercise classes.

Meals

Participants will be issued meal cards on the day of check-in for evening meal use. You are allowed up to $25 per day for evening meal purchases. Breakfast and lunch will be catered each day of the conference.
